I promise not to go this long without blogging again. I've thought a million times what I'll write in my blog, or a funny story I'm sure to blog about...and then how many weeks have gone by and I am just now getting to blog. We had a wonderful Christmas Eve with Phillip's family. Tons of presents, laughter and fun! Then we got up at 3am and drove to Dallas to spend Christmas with my family. It was 70 degrees when we got there, and we had a great celebration and spent lots of time outdoors while we were there. Here is a quick update in pictures of our past two+ weeks. Here are my sweet little ones opening stockings on Christmas Eve Morning. Christmas Eve at Phillip's parents house. I look like I'm going to fall over...they are so heavy now! The Hunter clan Just the girls Just the boys The next morning in the car. I had been planning for a week in preparation for this trip and Phillip have even hooked up a dvd for them. I spent a lot of time in the back, but it was fun and seemed to go by fast for me, maybe not for Phillip since he was driving the whole time:) We made it in just under 10 hours. Sweet Canon was all smiles that day! Happy Birthday to you Avery! Happy little two year old Atley! All the grandgirls playing with their new toys Atley and Avery in their sweet "A" shirts and tu tu's. Thanks Grammi and Aunt Lauren! They loved playing outside and going on "nature walks" with Nana on the walking path out back. They are into hugging each other lately. It is just the cutest thing!
The Ruth family
All the boys were going to play golf
Avery was really into her mittens that she got. Now that we are home she has been wearing socks on her hands instead.
All the girls. Amber will officially be a member of the family in just 17 days! We can't wait!
Sweet girls, hugging again!
While we were there we got to see Betsy's baby River who is only 12 days older than Canon. So fun and so cute!
Our other best friend Lauren is due in February with a little girl and we were able to go to her baby shower, which was such a blessing. I got to see other friends from college, Beth and Kristen, and it was such a sweet time.
